John’s wealth of experience in the private, public and non-profit sectors spans a period of over 28 years, 10 of which were spent in West Africa. With stints at USAID, World Vision, World Relief, World Bank, UN, USDA, UNICEF and IRC, John is passionate about food security and the sustainable development of Agriculture in Africa, and has facilitated over $1M of impact investment for agribusinesses.

Mercy Frimpong
Senior Associate, Ghana Representative
Mercy is an experienced marketer with innovative go-to-market strategies for product launches. After a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, her early career was in the telecommunications, event organizing and executive education spaces. Mercy excels at bringing brands to life, beginning with conceptualization and design and culminating in customer value management and product analysis. She has a knack for delivering projects with excellent outcomes, earning her the signature moniker ‘MaGiK’.

Epitace Nobera

Epitace is a development expert with skills in programs and project design and implementation in agriculture, poverty and food insecurity reduction, resilience building, climate change adaptation, and impact investment facilitation. He has worked for major donors, consultancies, and NGOs in over 15 African countries over an ongoing four-decade career. His current passion is helping transfer private financial resources from advanced to developing countries for high positive impacts. He holds an MSc-Agricultural Economics and an MBA-Agribusiness.

With a combined experience of 8 years in Business administration, Project management, Customer support and Communications & Marketing, she specialises in crafting content for brands and developing communications strategies to drive engagement. She is passionate about developing and implementing communication procedures for the perfect customer experience.

Hannah Darkwah

Hannah has a MSc (Hons) in Economics with an emphasis in Financial Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Information Studies. She has extensive expertise in preparing research reports and a background in Asset management and Retail Fund Management. Hannah is detail-oriented and has the much-required analytical skills to interpret data accurately and to conduct detailed analyses of company financials. She is particularly interested in empirical research with a focus on macroeconomics and macrofinance.
